Housing Support Software.

Dacorum Borough Council is looking to replace its support software system, used by the supported housing, tenancy sustainment, welfare education and support and homelessness Officers.

Dacorum Borough Council has a range of services that provide support to tenants and customers to enable them to live independently, sustain tenancies and play a role in their local community.

In order to do this there is a requirement to have regular contact, signpost to other services, make referrals to a range of services, set goals and to monitor progress in achieving these goals.

The support software system will assist them in completing the above.

Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
