Supply and Fit of Tyres and Associated Services

The Supplier shall supply and fit tyres and associated services for all Sellafield assets both on and off the Sellafield site, including tyres for cars, vans, 4x4's, emergency response vehicles, light commercial vehicles (LCV), heavy commercial vehicles (HGV) including trailers, coaches, forklift trucks, trolleys and motorised/non-motorised plant.

Requirements • Supply and Fit of tyres at Sellafield Ltd premises from 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Saturday within 2-hour response time • Supply and Fit of tyres at Supplier's premises 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Saturday within 2 hours • 24 Hour 365 breakdown cover to Sellafield Ltd premises within 2 hours • 24 Hour 365 breakdown cover Nationally within 3 hours • 24 Hour 365 breakdown cover in Europe within 3 hours Along with the supply and fitment of tyres and the emergency breakdown cover the following will be required: • Regular Tyre Fleet Checks with Reports • Tyre Disposal • Tyre Inflation Service • Re-Tread Re-grooving • Valve Extensions Replacement • Wheel Balancing • Wheel Alignment • Repair of Punctured Tyres • Turn on the Rim • Replacement Rims • Tyre Foam Filling If you are interested in tendering for this opportunity, please contact molly.le.mason@sellafieldsites.com to gain access to our tendering portal prior to the contract notice publishing date of 31st May 2023.
