The brief

This is an Expression of Interest for the Provision of ARI Hubs across Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Waveney and South Norfolk.

Service Description The ARI service pathway: Each ARI Hub model will deliver additional appointments Monday to Friday.

Normal same day urgent care will be provided by the registered patients practice team where clinically indicated.

Each Hub delivery model to have the facility for booking appointments, Monday - Friday, via remote booking/SystmOne direct booking.

ARI Hubs will provide booked face to face appointments only.

Point of Care testing to be available where possible - minimum: CRP, Flu and Covid.

Where patients can be managed remotely this will continue to be done by the patients Primary Care service.

Staffing will be designed at place level with Medical (GP) oversight and streamlined access to specialist paediatric and respiratory medicine support.

Electronic prescribing enabled to ensure prompt access to medications for patients.

Access to VW, Community IP beds and Community services should be optimised.

Outcomes monitored including advice and guidance, treatment provided, on ward referral to the step-up virtual ward, referral to ED or other services as appropriate.

Patients registered to a Norfolk and Waveney GP can access any of the Hubs that are convenient to them. (Remote booking must be available at practice level to facilitate) see above.

Appointments are expected to be 15 minutes.

Depending on the outcome of the expression of interest an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of up to 13 weeks.

The value of the award is £73.00 per patient seen with activity to be invoiced monthly in arrears, paid on activity data submitted Providers will be required to respond to a series of questions which are scored on a "Pass/Fail "basis.

The scoring criteria is stipulated within the question.

Only providers who score a "Pass" on all "Pass/Fail" questions will be deemed compliant and capable and the Commissioner reserves the right to offer all such Providers a contract.
