Organisational Development Tender

We are seeking a partner to undertake a range of Organisational Development projects to support the Trust in achieving its priorities and improve performance in a challenging operational environment Whilst National Staff Survey results have been positive the Trust is still faced with a number of key challenges that it wishes to address in order to improve the quality of clinical services, namely • High staff turnover, particular in newly qualified clinical roles • From an equalities perspective non-white staff rate the organisation more poorly than white colleagues • Above average levels of work related stress • Low appraisal rates across the organisations We have identified the following initiatives as priority projects for addressing these issue • Trust leadership strategy • Overarching staff engagement strategy • Talent management identification and development strategy • Staff reward and recognition strategy and plan • Targeted development work in areas of the organisation demonstrating low staff engagement ratings
