Sefton Council wish to invite a quotation for the supply of services in respect of cashless parking solutions.
The bidder if successful shall be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Managers identified by the ?Council?
Sefton Council has 151 Pay and Display machines located on-street and on car parks throughout the Borough with approximately 1.5m transactions a year.
The potential full term of the contract will be for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of twelve months.
Prices quoted shall be fixed for the initial period of this contract (3 years), and thereafter shall be reviewed jointly by the contractor and Council.
All monies received by the Service Provider shall be remitted to the Councils on a weekly basis (unless otherwise agreed with the Council).
The Service Provider payment system must allow for remittance to the Council to be made via BACS method if required by the Council.
Sefton Council reserves the right to award the contract/agreement on the basis of a single supplier.
