The brief

This Framework is being set up to support Members with specific roof replacement programmes and/new roof installations .

The main elements covered by this framework will be: •Complete Roofing Replacements – flat and pitched roofs •General works associated with the above The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but not limited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools.

Generally, the works will be undertaken while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority.

EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales.

The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector.
