1734/331/SW/NAMRC/17 High-resolution Table-top Scanning Electron Microscope The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for the supply of a High-resolution Table-top Scanning Electron Microscope for use within the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research at Catcliffe, Rotherham.
Scope of Requirement: The Nuclear AMRC and its Materials laboratory identified a requirement for a compact Scanning Electron Microscope with capability for EDS analysis in support of research for the energy sector.
The SEM microscope will be used to measure components and test pieces manufactured during Nuclear AMRC research activities.
Please note the required equipment is a table-top microscope and as such tenderers should consider weight and height of the equipment quoted.
