CBC - Worth Park - Offer to let a catering concession

The Council is inviting offers to provide a temporary catering kiosk at a prime location adjacent to the entrance of the formal gardens at Worth Park.

For purposes of clarification temporary would either be a towable kiosk that is removed on a regular basis, such as nightly, or a container on a frame with wheels that can be towed.

The site is marked on the attached plan (appendix A).

The exact location may change slightly from day to day, depending on ground conditions, wear and tear and by request of the park management team particularly if ground recovery or maintenance work is required.

The Council requires the successful provider to provide a high standard of customer service from an attractive, safe and clean kiosk.

Pictures and dimensions of the proposed trading vehicle / kiosk (including litter receptacles, signs and generator, if needed, must be provided as part of this process.

The Contract Duration shall be from 01st October 2024 until 03 October 2027 inclusive - with an option to extend for a further two years if both parties are in agreement.
