The University of Warwick Commercial Group Directorate is currently exploring the feasibility of hosting an event for staff and students for Guy Fawkes Night on Friday 2nd November 2018.

As part of the early planning processes, we are interested to gain some insight into potential scope and cost of providing a variety of displays.

At present the exact details of the requirements are unknown and we are approaching the market to provide us with responses against a range of potential requirements and to offer advice on what might be appropriate.

Through this Early Market Engagement exercise, we would like to invite suppliers to provide an indicative quotation and summary of their relevant experience in this field.

The University may subsequently seek to invite potential providers to an Engagement Meeting to meet with key project stakeholders in order to further showcase their products / services and evidence implementation with current, relevant customers.
