Luminate Education Group - EDI Training Course Development and Delivery
This sits below the typical range for Education & Training contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 23,516 valued Education & Training tenders in our corpus.
Luminate Education Group are seeking a provider to design and deliver an EDI training course comprising both taught sessions and an online module.
The course is intended to be delivered to internal staff initially through a train the trainer method.
It must be engaging and thought provoking, help to develop an awareness and understanding of unconscious bias and focus clearly on the local area in which we are situated, the demographic of our student body and the unique challenges this may present our teachers, tutors, support staff and other employees.
The taught session should be a standalone, single session lasting no more than a single day but likely best suited to a half day period.
It should be supported by an online module produced in parallel by the awarded partner, hosted on the cloud and aligned to college systems to both record the outcome of the training on staff member's training record and to highlight staff members weaker areas both individually and as a body as a whole.
The online module must include an assessment with clearly defined scores, pass and fail metrics.
This pass rate must be reportable.
We intend to deliver this training ourselves to support the development of the content to best futureproof the solution and ensure relevance and may seek to deliver this training to our core suppliers in due course.
As a result all IP should remain with the college, for both the taught materials and the online module itself.
We would intend for the awarded supplier to have the course finished and ready for delivery in Q1 2020.
