The brief

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) are seeking expressions of interest from providers of Crisis Housing Services in Lincolnshire.

The aim of the service is to provide an alternative and supporting environment for adults in emotional and/or psychological distress due to the onset of or existing mental illness whose ordinary place of residence may contain elements that are over-stressing or simply not conductive recovery at the time of crisis.

Potential providers would be required to provide both the accommodation and crisis response as one commissioned service.

All providers of services are encouraged to register their interest, including those not yet with accommodation in the Lincolnshire locality, but due to the nature of the services, potential providers would need to be in a position to commence service delivery in July 2021 which includes the mobilisation of a property in which individuals could receive support.

Interested providers are invited to respond to the document issued as part of this expression of interest to provide the Trust with market benchmarking information and to inform future service delivery options for this service.
