RFQ - GC-MS with 2x Detectors
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] requirement is for a gas chromatograph (GC) with a flame ionisation detector (FID) coupled with a mass spectrometer (MS) with a quadrupole detector for the quantitative analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in nitrogen.
The purpose is to move away from the current labour-intensive use of two separate systems through combining their characteristics in one sole instrument for the analysis of multicomponent VOCs gas standards.
