The brief

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Public Health Division is seeking suitably qualified organisations/individuals/charities to undertake the following work: 1.

A Health Needs Assessment (HNA) of adolescents for those aged between 11 to 25.

The HNA should focus on the health and wellbeing needs within the scope of public health commissioning (sexual health, substance misuse, physical activity, and diet) and/or aligned commissioning (mental health and wellbeing).

2.

Evaluation of School Health and Wellbeing Service 3.

Evaluation of Integrated Young People's Health and Wellbeing Service (Sexual Health and Substance Misuse).

4.

Synthesis report with commissioning recommendations.

The report(s) should include detailed methods, analysis, and interpretation of the information, shared for comments with the evaluation commissioner and any others agreed.
