The brief

The Supplier is engaged in the business of providing in depth leader, leadership and workforce development across sport and activity, and health and wellbeing and as the lead organisation in a consortium of suppliers also comprising The Activation Project, Inclusive Employers, Impact Innovation and Strategic Allies (together "Ignite CM Consortium"), responded to that tender.

Under this Contract Sport England may purchase services and deliverables from the Supplier for its own purposes, including deliverables that can be licensed by Sport England to a group of third-party users.

Sport England also may also make a Non-Cash Grant to one or more Approved Grant Recipients of certain services and/or deliverables provided by the Supplier.

Sport England will be responsible for meeting the costs of the specific services and/or deliverables to be provided by the Supplier and where services are being awarded as a Non-Cash Grant, the Supplier will be required to provide the services and/or deliverables directly to one or more Approved Grant Recipients in accordance with the requirements of this Contract.

The Supplier has agreed to provide the services and deliverables to Approved Grant Recipients and, where applicable, to Sport England, upon the terms and conditions of the Contract.
