College of Policing (COP) needs the supplier to run a 5-to-7-month innovation accelerator, including a 1-2-month start-up phase.
The overarching aim of the accelerator is to enable cross-sector collaboration and explore the feasibility of solutions aimed at prevention knife crime.

Successful delivery of activities set out in the above section will depend on: • Working closely with the Behavioural Science team and researchers to ensure the accelerator methodology meets COP's expectations for evidence-based solution design incorporating behavioural science and problem-solving approaches. • Weekly meetings with the core team at COP. • Co-development and co-facilitation of accelerator events. • Strong partnership working with wider national partners.
