Lancaster University has successfully secured European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and European Social Fund (ESF) through the England European Structural and Investment Fund Programme (ESIF) 2014 to 2020.
A requirement of all ERDF grant recipients is to undertake a final Summative Assessment and in some instances an interim Summative Assessment.
Lancaster University are seeking to appoint an evaluator with appropriate expertise to undertake some interim evaluations and all final summative assessments for projects on which we 'lead' as the 'Accountable Body' in accordance with the ESIF Summative Assessment guidance.
Every project is different as the projects embrace multiple LEP areas and partners and are diverse in their objectives and delivery.
The evaluation methods need to be tailored to the type of project activity and the outcomes and impacts it is seeking to achieve and work with project partners where appropriate.
However, all assessments must satisfy consider the ERDF Summative Assessment requirements.
Our budget across all the relevant projects is approximately £115,000, however please note that this is not equally split across the projects.
The contract will run until end of December 2023, or until such time as all the required deliverables have been completed.
