The framework is expected to commence in April 2017 for a 4-year period with an overall value of £2.5m per year, split as follows:- £1,000,000 per year - Architects (Lots 1, 3, 5) and £1,500,000 per year - Employers Agents (Lots 2, 4,6) .
This tender is open to use by Other Current registered providers of Social Housing.
