The purpose of this document is to select a consultant team that could deliver this feasibility study into and potential future studies into Streets for All in Middleton.
Delivery of this commission will require a multi-disciplinary team that has experience of delivering transformative bus priority, place-based urban realm improvements, and active travel infrastructure, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Importantly, successful delivery of this project will require effective partnership working with Council officers and Members, TfGM departments (Metrolink, Bus Operations, UTC and HFAS), bus operators, and local stakeholders, to ensure proposals meet local needs and are deliverable.
