HCC - 05/20 - The Provision of a Master Developer for the Baldock North Urban Extension Project

Baldock North Urban Extension Project is a proposed scheme in North Hertfordshire.

The Local Plan application is for a circa 3,300 units urban extension including a local centre and significant employment space.

The landowner - Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) - is seeking a Master Developer for the Project who will be responsible for developing a scheme through a planning application and delivering the Project in partnership with HCC.

This procurement is being conducted in line with Regulation 30 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Competitive Dialogue).

Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on 25th September 2020.

Only those shortlisted will be invited to participate in dialogue.
