South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the Refurbishment of Toilets at Meadowhall Interchange.

Works include the stripping out of existing mechanical and electrical services installations and infrastructure; alterations to existing water installations; removing sanitary appliances and fittings; removing wall, floor and ceiling finishes; removing associated fittings, furnishing and equipment.
Subsequent installation of new IPS cubicle systems; new applied finishes to walls, floors and ceilings; provision of new fittings, furnishing and equipment including vanity units, mirrored wall units and the like; new sanitary appliances and ancillaries; new ventilation, power and lighting installations.
