The brief

Sandwell Residents Survey The council requires a borough residents' survey to support evidence-based policy, service delivery and performance management.

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an experienced consultant to undertake and analyse this survey.

Reporting format to be agreed upon award but report to include analysis per town.

This quantitative study will involve a large-scale survey covering several themes and particularly aligned to LGA Benchmarking resident satisfaction surveys.

Term of Contract The contract period will be for a three-month period, commencing 16 May 2022 to 31 July 2022 this being the scheduled completion date.

Value of Contract The estimated budget payable for the delivery of this application is approximately £20,000.

This figure is intended to act as a guide to assist in the preparation of your quotation.

The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure.

The contract value shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
