We offer a combination of traditional sheltered housing schemes with communal living spaces and independent sheltered homes.
Earlier this year we developed our vision for Retirement Living housing to enable us to refocus the services and homes we offer to our older tenants.
The needs and wants of our customer base are changing and we want to embrace this change to meet the needs of our current and future older tenants.

Under our Quality homes strand, we are finding the communal lounge spaces are underutilised with little community interaction.

Over the years our approach for cyclical decorating and refreshing interiors has taken a mixed approach which has led to a range of different interiors in our schemes.
