Clearly set out the rational and consideration taken into account to support the conclusion/recommendations ii.

Identify the clear requirements of the type of service seeking to be delivered on the SUE’s iii.

Identify the clear requirements of buildings, sites and uses within the buildings. iv.

Identify clear funding sources that may be available going forward. v.

Identify the timeframes in which the service provision and the building are likely to be required by.

Identify a clear, prioritised programme of projects and timelines needed for delivery and activities, both at the North Northamptonshire level and for individual SUEs, to ensure the efficient and effective deployment of public funds and private sector investment in the short, medium and long term.
