The fulfilment of the new memberships (circa 121k for 2015/16) and existing membership renewals (circa 410k for 2015/16), and trigger campaigns (circa 280k) is a core requirement of the marketing communications strategy for English Heritage members.
All campaigns are highly segmented with a large number of variables both in text and imagery.
The accuracy, efficiency, security and print production quality of the communications are vital in delivering the revenue, satisfaction and brand.
The contract will be split into two lots: Lot 1 will cover Monthly campaigns and Lot 2 will cover Twice weekly campaigns.
The contract will commence 1st July 2015 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to 2 further years
