The brief

The Authority's Adult Learning & Skills Service provides support for young people with complex needs as part of a Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP).

However, some of the support required is of a specialist nature and therefore cannot be met by the Authority.

In order to meet these service delivery requirements, the Authority is required to sub-contract some of aspects of the PLP to specialist Providers.

This contract will provide provision through an Approved Provider List which will enable the Authority to call-off with approved Providers for specific areas of learning support and skills.

The Authority are seeking new and existing providers of learning opportunities to become a subcontractor of NYCC Adult Learning and Skills Service which is to start delivery in September 2019 with an interest in delivering all or one of the identified pathways.

A Market Engagement session will be held on Thursday 17th January 2019 at 13:30 at Evolution Business Centre, County Business Park, Darlington Rd, Northallerton DL6 2NQ.

Any interested suppliers should confirm attendence or seek further information via alssadmin@northyorks.gov.uk by Tuesday 15th January 2019.
