HS2 Ltd sought an advisor to assist it the development of its Business Continuity approach, upon which the outputs from this work in general terms are as follows: • To demonstrate support for and alignment with HS2’s wider security objectives; • A robust Business Continuity programme and strategy in line with the ISO 22301 Business Continuity standard; • A set of rehearsed Business Continuity Plans; • Engagement and buy-in by senior management; • Roll-out of the Business Continuity approach to make all impacted staff aware of their roles and actions, including advice on any wider communications; • Proposals to ensure that Business Continuity capability matures over time.
Following a further competition process, this contract has been awarded through the Business Continuity Lot of ESPO’s Consultancy Services Framework (Ref.
664).
