Invitation to Tender (ITT) Mental Health Services The Sanctuary, East Sussex Provision of a Mental Health Crisis Accommodation and Emotionally Unstable/Borderline Personality Disorder Guesting Service (Reference: NHS/SOEPS/20.661 ITT) NHS East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group The Commissioner is seeking bids from Healthcare Providers for provision of a Mental Health Crisis Accommodation and Emotionally Unstable/Borderline Personality Disorder Guesting Service to be situated in East Sussex, delivered under the standard NHS Contract.
The anticipated value of the Service is a maximum of £408,000 per annum and the contract duration will be three years from 1st April 2021, plus an option (option of the Commissioner) to extend the contract by up to a further 24 months.

The cost of mental health problems to the economy in England have recently been estimated at £105 billion, and treatment costs are expected to double in the next 20 years.
Mental health is high on the national agenda and policy is clear in respect of the long-term ambitions for the transformation of mental health care.
