The anticipated start on site is to be in August 2020.
It is expected that all of the works at both sites will be completed by 10 December 2020.
LHP will finalise the programme with the appointed Contractor.
It is expected that work to The Orchards will be undertaken first and completed with work on Ronald Farmer Court to be programmed after completion of The Orcahrds.
