The purpose of this market engagement exercise is to: • Gauge interest in this opportunity • Help determine our procurement strategy and approach • Identify innovative ideas that can improve our local provision • Identify options to make the service more sustainable • Inform the development of our service specification Following this market engagement exercise, a procurement process is anticipated, leading to a 3 year agreement with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
