The brief

Multi-disciplinary consultancy services including but not limited to: • Lead designer • Employers agent • Building surveying • Mechanical & electrical design & surveying • Quantity surveying • Project & programme management • Structural surveying • Clerk of works • Resident liaison • Health and safety including CDM • Contracts administration • Architectural design • Energy efficiency specialist works • Party wall management • Property valuations • Others as required To support the delivery of block, converted house, house, garage and other associated area external building fabric; external decoration and works; internal communal areas; fire safety works; internal refurbishment; associated mechanical and electrical works; limited new build properties, extensions, conversions, block additions, and the like.

The Council intends to procure this opportunity using the Restricted procedure.

To gauge market interest and to provide feedback on the draft proposals for the procurement the Council is hosting a "Meet the Buyer" event on Wednesday 5 April 2017 2pm at The Harford Multicentre, 115 Harford Street, E1 4FG.

The Council is looking for feedbacks (without limitations) on the operating capacity, delivery arrangements and other factors likely to influence a party's interest in this project.

Prospective bidders who wish to attend the event should notify of their intention to attend via the email address "procurement@towerhamlets.gov.uk." This PIN notice is indicative only of the Council's intentions and requirements for the procurement and is not a call for competition.
