The Contract will run for 48 months, unless terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

MTW is undertaking this procurement activity under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation Procedure and will subsequently award a direct access Framework that is accessible by all NHS Trust's within the United Kingdom.
