Community Based Out of School Provision
This is a large award for Education & Training — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 23,516 valued Education & Training tenders in our corpus.
The development of an Approved Provider List for Community Based Out of School Provision, including a Quality Standards and Monitoring Framework.
This serves as notification of upcoming Provider events: Thank you for attending the engagement sessions we recently held for our alternative 'out of education' sector.
The sessions provided a great opportunity to share our plans about developing an Approved Provider List and to also get feedback and suggestions about the draft Quality Standards Checklist we had developed.
We were also interested to find out what your thoughts were, and what would help or support you in the future.
Some of the ideas included: • A more streamlined approach to invoicing and payments. • Access to training and development opportunities. • A more streamlined approach for attendance reporting.
We are now progressing the development of the 'Approved Provider List' which we hope all our providers will join, and we would like to invite you to attend one of our 'Market Engagement Sessions, in February and March.
Attending these sessions will be very important, as there will be: • Information and advice about the steps involved in joining the alternative 'out of education' Approved Provider List • A member of Commercial Team present, who will be demonstrating how to register on the Council e-Procurement system http://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk which all providers will need to join if they want to tender • The opportunity to co-produce the Specification for alternative 'out of education' Approved Provider List • The opportunity to discuss and develop the draft monitoring with School Effectiveness colleagues We appreciate the additional time and energy these market engagement sessions will take but we want to work in collaboration with as many of our partners as possible, as we develop new and innovative ways to support our young people.
Information Classification: CONTROLLED As well as virtual meetings, there will be face-to-face meetings, with refreshments across the county.
