ESFA ESF 2018 Call for Partners

The Growth Company (GC) intends to bid for ESFA's Support for Participants who are NEET/At Risk of NEET, Skills Support for Unemployed (SSU) and Skills Support for the Workforce (incl.

Redundancy) (SSW) opportunities in the following LEP areas: • Cheshire and Warrington • Greater Manchester • Lancashire • Sheffield City Region.

GC is seeking submissions from suppliers who have registered on our People Services Partner Network (via our In-Tend portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchestergrowthcompany/aspx/Home) and who can deliver in any of the four LEP areas above.

Any submitted responses will be reviewed and scored to establish a shortlist of suppliers that will feature in the GC ITT submissions.

Prospective suppliers will be required to complete a rigorous due diligence process with a deadline to submit the required information set at 16:00 on Friday 31st August 2018.

When completed, submissions should be returned via the In-Tend portal.

Please note that the award of any subcontract for the delivery of services is contingent on GC being successful at the ITT stage and of being awarded a contract (or contracts) that match the offer we issued to a shortlisted supplier.

In addition, GC reserves the right to re-advertise the opportunity to secure adequate supply chain coverage over the contract area at any stage of the project.
