Harrogate Borough Council (HBC) would like to obtain feedback on the aspiration to provide wireless network infrastructure across the Harrogate District and utilise such connectivity to deliver innovative outcomes This is a dynamic market and the council wishes to take all opportunity to capture current and potential capabilities to support this initiative.
As such this exercise is set to inform on potential in this market place and to assist in the finalisation of the procurement leading to its launch.
The council would welcome input from any interested party, a questionnaire has been developed requesting views/responses on particular points.
We will also welcome any further comments you feel pertinent to the project.
