The Contract is to be let on behalf of Royal Berkshire Fire Authority and Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority.
There is a requirement for Employee Payroll, Pensioners Payroll and Pension Administration including provision and hosting of IT Software.
Pension Services.
The preferred option will be to let one contract which provides all the requirement but additional lots are included in the Invitation to Tender which will allow companies to tender for one or more parts of the service.
A total of six Lots are offered.
TUPE will apply to the Lots which cover Pension and Pensioners' payroll for RBFRS: one full time post will be involved.
