The current model that we are looking to commission across Sussex will mean we have one clinical hub for and in Sussex that will deliver a high quality single point of access for patients and professionals.
The clinical assessment hub will be a fully integrated 111 and GP out of hours hear and treat service with a range of clinicians available to provide advice, support and guidance.
