However there will be a provisional item to core sample to ensure still dry beneath and if necessary the roof area will be stripped completely, insulated and new coverings applied. •Roof C and Link (Original) – To be cleared, fully stripped, insulated and new roof coverings applied.
The lift motor room roof is also to be fully stripped and new roof coverings applied.
