This Contract is for the provision of a sole caterer at Oxford Town Hall.

Additionally, where there is an opportunity for a sustainable solution, Tenderers are strongly encouraged to offer such solutions, where permitted within the scope of the specification.

The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint a single Tenderer to the Council who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits.

This Contract is programmed to be awarded on Monday 2 August 2021 for a period of 3 years from Contract commencement with the option for the Council, in its entire discretion, to extend the Contract by a further period of 2 years up to a maximum term of 5 years.

The implementation date is programmed to be Monday 2 August.
