Short Breaks for Children & Young People with Disabilities aged 5 to 17 years old in Norfolk Framework Agreement
The Council wishes to commission a range of high quality, outcome-focused, inclusive Short Breaks for children and young people with disabilities (CWD) aged 5 to 17 years who live in Norfolk, to support its vision to provide opportunities where children and young people with disabilities can thrive, grow, achieve, and have fun in the community with their peers, whilst supporting their families to have a break from caring.
Ensuring Short Breaks provide the right opportunities, at the right time, in the right place, for the right groups and individuals is key to achieving our vision.
The framework commenced on the 1st of April 2023 and this is third opening to allow new applicants to apply for a place on the framework.
Previously appointed applicants do not need to reapply.
