NCS Recommissioning Programme - Delivery Partner

The National Citizen Service ('NCS') Trust ('the Trust') is a not-for-profit social enterprise established to shape, support, champion and lead a thriving National Citizen Service.

NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across 9 regions, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts.

This procurement is seeking multiple Delivery Partners to deliver the NCS programme in three regions (London, South West, North East), who have the capability to deliver at a minimum number of 117 Programme places.

Key responsibilities include: - Plan NCS Programme activities and logistics for all phases - Recruitment and training of a seasonal delivery workforce - NCS programme delivery - Manage safeguarding, health and safety and incidents - Optional end-to-end delivery and recruitment The Contract Term is up to 78 months and includes 3 Programme delivery years with 2 optional one year extensions.

Contracts are anticipated to commence in July 2019, with the first delivery period in Summer 2020.
