This is an absolute condition of this service and expressions of interest that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
The system will allow for the customer to: — Make daily contact to confirm their housing needs are being met and that there are no issues that need to be raised regarding their property; — Be confident about the effective escalation process; — Have an alternative device if they have no land-line; — Be able to receive pre recorded and/or emergency messages; — Be suitable for both Independent Living Schemes and General Needs properties.
The contract has been awarded for an intial three years with two optional extensions of 52 weeks each.
