The opportunity is split into two lots: • Lot 1 is the scope of the current catering contract namely the existing Cheltenham sites plus the Oxstalls campus. • Lot 2 is the new City Campus Café The University may appoint a single supplier per lot or one supplier for both lots.
The high-level outputs for this service include, but may not be limited to: • Catering management expertise • Refectory meal/refreshment services for staff/students/visitors • Coffee shop services • Hospitality catering • Out of hours service provision The Employer currently has approximately 9,000 students and 1,000 staff.
