More specifically, the main items of work are as follows: •Establish the site. •Erect "Heras" fencing around the perimeter of the site. •Ease and adjust doors to tower. •Fully / partially strip existing external paint coatings. •Fully / partially strip existing internal paint coatings. •Prepare and redecorate lighthouse. •Replace all defective mastic •Replace missing infill panels to railings. •Carry out minor repairs to roof and coat with 3M. •Remove rotten tank timbers and infill with concrete. •Dismantle "Heras" fencing. •Clear the site.
