17/070 MICRO ARRAY SCANNER The University of Portsmouth Institute of Biomedical and Biomolecular Sciences invites you to express an interest in a tender for a fluorescent micro array scanner REQUIREMENT: We require a scanner to replace a current Genetix aquire scanner.
It will be used for the analysis of standard 25 x 76 mm slides.
Suppliers proposed products must be able to meet the minimum specification Requirements to be considered, additional requirements will be detailed in the ITT Focus spot size (resolution) 3 microns 16 bit Pixel size 5 microns Depth of focus 50 microns or better Top down scanning Dual channel (cy3, cy5) Low cross talk between dye channels Ability to scan a sub area within a field of view Ability to scan offset sub area within a field of view Adjustable gain and filtering.
