Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements.
EEM wishes to enter a framework agreement with multiple Contractors in order for our Members to meet current legislation and guidance for fire safety and to ensure employee and resident safety, through the regular servicing and maintenance of Fire, Intruder and Emergency lighting systems.
