Participate in and provide assurance to the commissioner that routine and extraordinary medicines risks are being effectively managed throughout the service hours within the scope available to the service provider.
To provide an innovative and agile model of health care in all hours, responding particularly to the urgent care needs of patients.
The Contract will be for a term of two years with the opportunity to extend for one year subject to mutual agreement between the successful Bidder and the Authority.
The maximum term of Contract is consequently three years.
The maximum annual spend is £275,000
