This work is often undertaken to understand a change in behaviour by understanding consumer mind-sets, to pin point influencing factors.
AHDB wish to obtain a costing structure and outline from agencies on how they would have the ability to ask questions based on known retail behaviour.
Exact requirements for 2017/18 are not know at this stage, but like the campaign evaluation elements, AHDB wish to gain an understanding of how agencies would approach this, providing examples and a costing structure in the tender document.
This is not a regular occurrence for AHDB, with about 4 panels taking place over the past 3 years.
