The brief

The 2016 survey will take place in a different context again: • The industry is between price reviews, and is in the early stages of planning for the next • CCWater is now over a year into the action plan which was developed in response to the 2014 survey findings.

CCWater has set itself indicators of success against which to measure its performance and effectiveness in delivering its objectives.

These include: • over time, increasing the number of our key stakeholders who rate CCWater as influential in getting the best deal for water and sewerage customers; • establishing CCWater as an authoritative voice for water and sewerage customers in the eyes of media and opinion formers so that they seek us out for comment; and, • influencing industry research programmes so that they reflect consumers’ perspectives.

The supplier will: • Recommend an appropriate qualitative methodology; • Recommend supporting stimulus materials to gain informed views; • Pilot and if necessary cognitively test the discussion guide/materials; • Finalise the discussion guide/materials; • Undertake fieldwork, analysis and reporting; and • Present the findings.
