This commission is for a lead consultant of a multi-disciplinary team to provide the services associated with the design and delivery of customer experience improvements at both Barrow and Kendal Town Halls.\r The services provided under this contract are to provide design services from RIBA Stage 4 through to RIBA Stage 7 alongside NEC4 Supervisor and Service Manager roles in connection with the construction of the Barrow and Kendal Town Hall works.\r Operating under an NEC4 Professional Services Contract, Option A, the consultant will provide the roles as outlined above, so that project objectives are delivered to meet client needs.\r \r It is essential that the lead consultant/ Service Manager is a named individual with a successful track record in the planning, design and delivery of projects of this type.\r \r Construction is currently programmed to commence in January 2025 with completion in around June 2025.
