Alexandra Park - Basketball Sports Court Fencing And Resurfacing - AWARD

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting quotations from suitably qualified suppliers to supply and install sports fencing and resurfacing of the basketball court (to include installing 2no basketball posts, which will be supplied by the council.) at Alexandra Park, Hilsea, Portsmouth, PO2 9PB.

A site visit is considered essential to evaluate the existing site layout/access and to enable submission of an acceptable quotation.

All dimensions are approximate and the contractor is to check on site prior to submitting a cost.

The maximum value of the contract is ?60,000.

The submitted bids MUST NOT exceed the value stated.

Any submission exceeding this amount may be set aside.

The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract by 16th September 2024 to allow for commencement from 1st October 2024 and completion no later than 30th November 2024.

Works to be completed within 4 weeks from the start of installing site security.

Works to be completed in accordance with the dates detailed within the procurement schedule below.
